- Keep playing the sports you love. Just wear a mouthguard to protect both your braces and your smile. Ask us which one fits best over brackets.
- Playing a wind or brass instrument? Give yourself a little time to adjust, and use wax over your brackets to make early practice more comfortable.
- Toss some wax and a travel toothbrush in your bag for game days and rehearsals.
